**UPDATE**
I was able to actually speak with someone today and got my issues resolved.
I really love my doctor! Dr. Abigail Jebaraj and her staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. What I can't stand is the 30+ min hold times just to either be hung up on or told the ONLY ph# to call them got me to the wrong place to be transferred and wait another 30+ mins on hold. I don't even need to schedule an appointment, I'm trying to get some paperwork for my insurance that I didn't know I needed before I left my appointment. I just need them to fax or email this and its been 7 days since my visit and I still can't get ahold of someone!

I had received new glasses from another very expensive optical company and just could not adjust to them. I received an appointment at UW Optical East Clinic within hours of calling to have the lenses checked. Brook diagnosed a major error in adjustment and spent a lot of time readjusting my glasses The improvement was remarkable. I truly appreciate her competence and skills. She patiently made multiple adjustments on glasses that were from another vendor. She is a consummate professional. I will be purchasing all future glasses from her.

Very happy with my care with Dr. Conlin. But being on hold for over 30 minutes each time I call (to speak with just a scheduler) and all providers being booked out 7+ months is not effective health care. I was looking to reschedule a September appointment (called in March) since I knew in advance that I was unable to make that appointment, and was told the earliest appointment with Dr. Conlin is May of 2024. Very frustrating.

First of all, calling the clinic results in a very long hold before someone finally answers. More importantly, my MD (Dr Warner) was made aware that I'd be taking a cab to my cataract surgery. He said that, in that case, IV sedation would not be provided for safety concerns, but I would get an oral Valium before the surgery. A few days prior to the date, the surgery center said I could have no sedation at all. The thought of seeing an sharp instrument coming at my eyes terrifies me, so now I don't know if I'll even have the surgery. Mixed messages before a procedure is less than professional.

They are so completely rude. They will tell one thing, but then they change their story. Dropped off glasses to be repaired for same day service. Finally got a call 2 days later a half hour before close & said we cant pick them up until tomorrow. They were supposed to call is when ready & when we asked why they didn't call until 2 days later, they replied why didn't you call us? Never again!

Over 25 minutes on hold with symptoms of a detached retina. Finally once the phone was answered, they wanted to have us wait for a call back from triage vs being offered to be seen even though this is a known optical emergency.

My glasses came in and they supposedly left me a message but if so I never got it. After ten days I finaly called only to find they'd been in since the 12th. Very unhappy they did not check in to be sure I knew. Been struggling to see thru readers a long time. Wonder how long they would have sat there before someone called.

Dr. Martin,O.D. She is awesome eye Doctor! I have the best Eye Doctor ,my Eye Diagnosis is Myopia aka farsightedness. She's not ever been late, since 2008 she's been on time every time. How many Doctors are late 50-90% of the time? If there was a 10 star she would get 10!
