They are so rude every time we go, and the appointments they have are 4 months out, UW optometrist doesn't have the capacity to serve this city in a reasonable time.

I came into clinic for a routine exam last week. I found dr Patel to be rushed and not able to take the time to talk to me about my necessary surgery. It just seemed that he didn't want to take any time to discuss anything. I felt like I was rushed through the portion of my exam with the Doctor.

The service and care shown by everyone there has been exceptional. Our son (6 years old) has PTSD and the ladies here have been very gentle, patient, and friendly. He won't go anywhere else and we won't try. They also help adjusting our glasses without an appointment when my frames loosen or his no longer really fit his growing face.

(The Eye Care Clinic staff have been excellent, as well.) I probably would never go back let alone recommend anyone to come here. I literally waited for my husband for over 2+ hrs just to find out that he was just sitting in the room in the back the whole time and he tried to tell the nurses that he had a time limit the nurses told him that a doctor can get to you when they can. Overall just a very horrible experience and it happens evrytime he comes here.

we needed to be gone by a certain time to pick up my sister from daycare. we were here much early and was even late. i was exhausted enough and this made me very very angry. i've been here before and it took 4 hours just to check up my eyes. obviously right now we are waiting
