This is one of THE BEST vision centers I've experienced. Candice was very professional, patient and did an excellent job getting the correct contacts ordered promptly and managing my expectations. She also did awesome work fitting my glasses with the new prescription. Other vision centers I've been to needed multiple tries to get the "right fit". She hit the bull's eye with one shot and my glasses were EXACTLY what I needed. Highly recommend this vision center!!

Owen is horrible. Took over 30 minutes to place my contact order. Answered the phone and talked to the person on the phone for a while. Then he spent another 15 minutes talking wasting my time asking me personal questions. It's never taken so long just to place an order. Three weeks later, still no contacts. Called back, they were never ordered, but I was charged. Now I have to go to store for a refund. Never going back and I've been a customer for 20+ years!
