Had to have an eye exam done here since regular Dr.'s office didn't accept our insurance. She was super friendly and helped explain what was happening. Had the exam and a pair of glasses picked out all in one appointment, never felt rushed.
It did take almost 3-4 weeks for glasses to come in though, originally quoted about a week.

I went to two other stores without finding frames I liked until here! Chunky plastic frames aren't flattering for me and it's hard to find metal frames I like. Claire heard me out and immediately came back with six options that were amazing and exactly what I was looking for! The staff here went above-and-beyond, especially Nikila. I stopped in to get a pair of glasses repaired. They just needed the arm screws tightened and one of the nose pads replaced. The first question they asked was, "did you buy these here?" I answered "no," because I hadn't. I assumed this meant there was going to be some fee associated with the service. I was wrong. The repair was free, fast, and delivered with a smile. This is something I'm going to remember when it comes time to replace these glasses in the coming year. Thanks much!

While I found the style of frames I wanted, they did not center the lens well and I ended up having to go back bc I was feeling dizzy with them. Please make sure the lens are well centered so customers don't have to be worried whether it's the prescription and waste a lot of time.
