Avoid this place if possible. The front desk ladies are very rude. Also have borderline illegal practices around new prescriptions if they think you aren't buying lenses/contacts through them. Only good thing was the dog in the front.

Doctor is very smart and super personable. He takes time to show test results and give clear explanations.

The staff was very friendly and fun to be around. The doctor was very professional and cared explaining things to me. If you are in the area seeking service or looking to change, I give the entire team 5 stars.

Very disappointed I received the wrong color sun glasses and was told it was more than likely because "the lens were discontinued, and they sent what they had." They would try and get the correct lens, but they were discontinued lens, why would they be able to get the correct lens after I told them it was not what I ordered? The person got very unprofessional when I told her to just leave it I would have learn to live with it. I'm sorry to hear that you feel customets are disposable, here's your money back and now go away. My guess is the customer experience is not part of your customers service. If I didn't live an hour away I would return the glasses, but start over is going to cost me 5 hours of travel back and forth to Marinette with gas at $3. to $4.00 a gallon that makes your mistake my problem costing me more money. Best Dr. ever. He has pulled debris from our family's eyes many times. Great with the kids. All staff are friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable office. Appointments available when needed. We have followed this Dr. for many years. Always 100% satisfied.
