I didn't think getting glasses for my kid would be this easy, but this Shopko was amazing! Nav helped my kiddo pick out the cutest frames and made them feel so comfortable the whole time. She's super friendly, really knows her stuff, and made the whole experience stress-free. Definitely ask for Nav if you go in!

I am very unhappy with the service at Shopko in Marinette. After two weeks waiting, my glasses did not have the correct prescription. I waited another two weeks and still no prisms in the lenses. Now I had to have another exam by the doctor and again request prisms for the glasses. Now I have to wait again for new lenses. I am driving with double vision because of the neglect of this company.

Made phone call to Shopko Optical Marinette, once a week for 4 weeks. All I get is a recording so I left my request to get my prescription faxed to my pharmacy and to call me back. Four weeks they have not returned my call or faxed my pharmacy. Doctor said at my last appointed he would renew the prescription. Why list there phone number when they have no intentions of returning your call. I've been a patient of there's for many years and this is the treatment I get after years of giving them my business?
