Very good doctor and staff. Very friendly, kind and easy to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. I felt comfortable and at ease here. They explained my questions/concerns. Been wearing glasses since I was 13, now 52, so that's a very long time and this is one of the best eye care places I have ever been to.

Today my autistic son was very nervous to get his eyes examined. We took him to Insight Vision as I was a previous customer (my insurance has now changed) and just love it there. Not only was the entire staff extremely nice and helpful, Miranda went above and beyond to make my son feel safe and at ease during his whole appointment. And the Doctor was just as amazing! I will never take my son anywhere else ever again... thank you to the staff! Today was a good and helpful experience!

I came in with my 13 year old today so that both of us could have exams. We were not able to get appointments at the same time, but they went out of their way to fit us in together anyway. They got us in right on time, were so friendly and accommodating and took the time to answer all of our many questions.
I was impressed first by how welcoming everyone was, but also that they were completely up front about pricing (you don't have to ask, it's posted and also shared verbally). Second, they really go out of their way to accommodate everyone in a cheerful and friendly manner; they are genuinely happy to provide a high level of care. Third, they were awesome with my daughter, they explained what would happen along with the purpose of every step of the exam in plain speech.
When we selected glasses we were turned over to a different team of people, all of whom were as friendly and up front, all of whom made sure that were were informed throughout the whole process. The glasses we selected were available to be made in house and were ready the same day.
I highly recommend Insight Vision; I've never experienced better care!
