Sam confirmed my information, checked my vision, and prepared me for my visit with Dr. Gandy in a very efficient manner. Dr. Gandy performed the examination, answered my questions and prescribed something to address my dry eye problem. I checked out and made my next appointment. All in less than an hour. The woman who saw before the doctor was incredible with my 9 year old, and so patient when he was being extra silly. The doctor was SO thorough and took time to explain his findings from the exam in a way that made sense to me and set us up with a referral to who we needed. Can't speak highly enough!

Waited over an hour for my appointment to be sent to another room to wait yet again. Never saw the doctor. Waisted my time. Do your job efficiently and swiftly and don't waist my time. This has not been the first time that the doctor has wasted my time dragging his feet to do his job since I've had my LASIK eye surgery. I show up on time. I expect him to be prompt too.
