Shopko Optical - Marshfield

Bridget was awesome! Very organized, thorough and explained each step. She's definitely an asset there! Teledoc Bradley was also great; communicative and took time to explain. I'd definitely recommend Shopko Optical!

Doctors were phenomenal, very friendly and sweet. The male working the front desk was not the friendliest and also rude to another customer who was getting his glasses adjusted. Not the first time he's been like that when I was here. Other than that they were spectacular.

The doctor was great, everything went smooth. The annoying part for me is that when we went to pick up my daughters glasses, we asked for a note for school to prove we went there. Carlos, I'm unsure of his position, refused. Unsure why the check out lady could not print something off but she asked a man named Carlos to assist. He said no because we could have come anytime to pick them up, like after school . We live a hour away, it was the only day and time I had available. Previously we had to do a fitting so I assumed she should be with me, it ended up just being a pick up but I was not aware of this. A simple note stating we were there at that time and day was not asking much. It felt really cold and unnecessary. Schools are real picky about absence times so it really annoyed me. I don't see why this was a power play for Carlos. Just give the note and move on ! It was also embarrassing in front of other customers with them looking at us. Not ok.

Renee is one of the best Associates that the Marshfield branch has. She's always willing to help and make sure you have a good experience. She takes really good care of her customers. Thank you Renee!

Update: my original experience was less than pleasant, however they have since reached out and plan to correct the error. For that I am appreciative. Beyond disappointing experience. Zero stars would be more fitting. I will never recommend this branch of shopko to any family, friend or stranger. And I will be canceling my whole family's future appointments and recommending anyone else I know to do the same. They shattered the lens of my prescription sun glasses after all I asked was "do you have screws to replace the one missing?" Because I would have happily done it myself at home and just paid for a screw. Instead I was handed back my glasses, lens put back in for me and noticed the opposite less that I asked about had been scratched/ cracked beyond repair. When I confronted them about this, I was given a shoulder shrug and a "sorry you didn't get them here, there's nothing we can do". I would have never handed over my glasses if I would have been given this important piece of information ahead of time. This is a brand and style they carry and very much could replace and make this right but I guess that's not what they're about. Doesn't feel like they care about upholding good preexisting relationships with clients.

I was accompanying my daughter and the woman was very rushed and didn't explain what was going to happen or what to expect. Very brusque. The woman that helped me was just the opposite. I think the experience depends on who helps you
