Joey's Optical

Had my first appointment here last month and can't compliment enough; from the moment I stepped in through the doors to the moment I got my lenses the service was impeccable. Dr. Katie and Joey were extremely efficient and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

I never thought I would love an optical center based upon previous experiences but I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The eye exam was more on par with what I have experienced at the Marshfield Clinic, very thorough. I hate eye exams but if you're going to do something, do it right. After the exam was over I went to look at frames, as I was doing so the staff assisted me in finding a pair that looked good. I was expecting to be sold on the most expensive pair but there was absolutely no sales pressure, which felt fantastic. As I was trying on different frames the staff was finding the best lenses for me, I work in IT and my daily screen time is excessive and I always come home with eye fatigue. Well, they found some lenses that are targeted at IT professionals. While a bit pricier than I would have liked (glasses always are), I felt comfortable enough with the experience to keep the remainder of my business with them.

I am very thankful. My prescription for glasses through another eye care provider was causing me some eye strain and Joey's Optical gave me a more accurate prescription.

Wonderful staff and the best service. Would never go anywhere else. Joey helps me pick out my frames I always get many compliments

First time being there today and the staff was awesome and they took care of everything I needed. Definitely be returning when I need more assistance with my eyes.
