Dr Bennett has been treating me for a couple of years. I recently had cataract surgery and her work was exceptional, From our in office discussions to making a final decision on whether or not to have surgery to the day of surgery and the surgery itself Dr Bennett was professional, careful and pleasant. I am writing this review a week after Lasik with Dr. Jay, and the results are nothing short than incredible. I went from not being able to read the biggest letter on the chart to 20/20 distance, and 20/15 reading. The procedure was painless and went extremely quick. I have no regrets.
Dr. Jay and her staff have an amazing talent to make each patient feel comfortable and welcome. From the secretaries to the techs, and Marcy the surgery coordinator, each member of their staff went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. For this, I highly recommend Dr. Jay and her associates for everyone's eye care needs.
If you have been thinking about Lasik, now is the time to do it. It is truly worth every penny.

I had lasik surgery in September. I can not say enough good things about everyone at Lakeshore. After my initial consultation, I immediately scheduled my surgery. I was very impressed with the staff and of course Dr. Jay. She is the absolute best. I honestly don't think I could have had the surgery with anyone else. I had such confidence in her after meeting for our consultation and pre-op. I was of course still nervous about this elective eye procedure, but Dr. Jay had such a great way of explaining things & the way she addressed my questions & concerns- she really took the worry out of it! The day of surgery went really well- much better than I anticipated. Dr. Jay and her staff were so amazing throughout the procedure & again at follow up. Anyone considering lasik should see Dr. Jay. My vision is perfect & I couldn't be happier with it!!

I had LASIK last September. Dr. Jay and all her staff were great. They were thorough in the pre- and post-op evaluations. Through the whole process, I had lots of questions, and they took the time to make sure I felt completely at ease with the process and what to expect. This is an elective procedure of course, and I never felt any pressure that things were moving too fast. I would strongly recommend an appt. with Dr. Jay if you are thinking of this process for yourself.
I'm seeing 20/20 now (was pretty much the next day!) and couldn't be happier with the results!
