Great staff! Especially Mary and Cherri! Cherri worked with me to understand my insurance and help me get the best deal and use of my insurance! Walked me through which glasses would look best based on my nose brows, lense thickness etc. When I had a shipping issue she was able to help resolve it, get me trial contacts while waiting. Mary, was calm cool and pleasant even when another customer was yelling and screaming at her about things she cannot fix. She remained nice and apologized for his wait, the phone misunderstanding and thanked him and wished him a good day. Even after he left and you could tell she was upset she remained calm and assisted me with a smile! She was able to adjust my glasses, and even reordered frames and contacts. Mind you she was the only worker in the store! She assisted others and answered phones all at the same time. I've been coming to this location for many years because these ladies and Dr. Z are so wonderful!!

I've used them now three times for frames and have been happy every time. Great customer service and good selection of frames. I would love to see a wider selection of colors for men's glasses (ie brown, dark blue or green not just mostly black or gunmetal), but overall quite satisfied

I called Visionworks, and a staff member set aside a sample contact lens for me right away. Their kindness truly saved my day. I'm so grateful for the excellent care and compassion, this is customer service at its best.

Would not go again. I made appointments for both my son and I. My exam went fine, although they were 10 minutes late to take me. I got a text that they changed the time of my son's appointment. I accepted, but when we got to the store they said we didn't have an appointment. I showed them the text, but the response was they didn't see the appointment in the system. I would have expected that they would have tried to rebook him, or explain what may have gone wrong, especially since I had a text that said there was an appointment at that time. Now he can't get an appointment until next year because everything is booked. Had they not messed up the appointment time, I would have had time to get an appointment somewhere before the end of the year.

Everyone at the Mequon location is great. From helping me pick the perfect frames for me based on exactly what my needs are, to the Doctor being very open and transparent about everything during the exam (and willing to answer all my questions.. and I ask A LOT). I always have a great experience there and everyone is kind and welcoming. I moved an hour away and am still willing to make the trip there based on the level of customer service I receive. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Service at time of our appointment was ok..not wow. Need to clean equipment before asking next person to place face on it..pre check up room. I had to ask. Glasses were of poor quality despite being expensive and not of good quality as lens keeps popping out. When we came to pickup, person was tart and of no help..rushing versus answering questions. They try to upsale tooooo much..annoying.
