All of the Aurora Health care center are very clean. They have fast service. There usually isn't a long waiting period. The staff are helpful, kind and professional. Some of the centers even have greeters at the door. They also have urgent care centers. So you don't have to go too the emergency room and pay a lot to see a doctor. This particular location has a pharmacy inside the building right next to urgent care. They also sell snacks and drinks too.

When I call sometimes I feel rushed to be transferred & I'm already on hold before I can finish saying "Thank you." When I've come in the staff is always friendly & listens to me, the Dr I had was perfect & definitely restored my faith back in Dr's & medicine. Urgent care was fast & definitely addressed all my concerns & didn't feel rushed out of there like a typical urgent care. Waiting time was normal for a Dr's office.

Giving them one star because my interaction with them today was frustrating to say the least. I was calling to make an appointment for a vaccine that is only administered on Thursdays. After "holding" for twelve minutes I was informed to call back after I have my consultation with my doctor about the vaccine. (My consultation was scheduled for later that same day). I explained that my consultation was in one hour but was told (again) to call back for my vaccine appointment after my consultation. This became a big deal because 1) I live two hours outside of the Milwaukee area. I need to block off an entire morning or an entire afternoon to travel. 2) I don't have the luxury of being able to make a phone call between the hours of 9am- 5pm. only hold to stay on hold for an estimated 10 to 15 minutes. My one star review is out of frustration due to my interaction today. Perhaps my second interaction will be less frustrating. UPDATE: I have had three interactions with the clinic since my initial review - which have all been via phone. The vaccine I am receiving is in very short supply which explains all the hoops Aurora is making me jump through. Two of the nurses (?) I spoke to were very knowledgeable, courteous and asked a TON of questions about my travel, my doctor etc. The receptionist I spoke with was no-nonsense and cordial. I have an appointment for my vaccine in one week and will update this review after that appointment.

I spent over 35 minutes on hold trying to schedule a Medicare wellness appointment. The employee assisting me only spoke to me 3 times continually placing me on hold. I never did get an appointment time that was convenient. Worst experience in the 20+ years I have been a patient here.

Dr Kumbar is awesome. I took my daughter in for a urgent care visit. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond to help his customers. He needs to be promoted as he showed no bias, despite helping customers in the midst of a pandemic!!!! Thank God for our great Doctors!!!!

Long wait time, even after doing the online reservation. Doctor lacked any sort of empathy and possessed next to nothing in the social skills category. Literally spent 2 minutes with me. Felt like she was just trying to push me out the door and get out of work on a Friday. They also billed incorrectly for my visit and got charged more than I should. For the hassle of trying to get this corrected, I just paid it. That's how they get you. Make it so horrible to correct a mistake you just eat it. AWFUL experience start to finish.

Love the Doctor's staff. For the most part friendly, still have issues getting appointments after 3:00 with some speciality docs. They need to extend hours for the first shift working people.

Hey Aurora Health Center!! If you're going to employ rude and unprofessional individuals working there, then make sure you train them to be able to handle calls from people who had been transferred FIVE times and are frustrated. I was on hold for 17.23 MINUTES (screen shot it) and I knew this WOMAN wasn't intending to come back on the line, but I had it on speaker while I work just to see how long. YES, IT WAS THAT LONG!!! I was finally FED up and hung up!! Did I get my question answered?? NO.
