Tonya was amazing. It was my first time buying glasses ever and there was so much to choose from that I was a bit overwhelmed at first. Tonya is an asset to your company because you can clearly see that she loves her job and is great at working with people. We didn't have our card with us but that wasn't an issue either. What a great experience especially for a first timer and I'm actually excited about my new glasses.

Adriana went above and beyond and helped me pick out my new frames...I told her what I was looking for and she helped me find just that! I love my new glasses. Make sure that you are 110% sure on which frame you are going to purchase. I decided to make an exchange minutes after my purchase. She said that I will ruin their inventory if Idid this. (I could not make an exchange) Good luck with getting your frame properly fitted at least with my experience. They will make plenty of excuses of why the frame isn't fitting. I have been there 4 times and they can not get the frame properly fitted. I will be wasting my time going there again to get my frame fitted properly. I question myself do they know what they are doing? P.S I also got some safety glasses from them. They say they are unable to adjust them to fit me due too the material the safety glasses are made of. You would think that they would have mentioned this before the purchase. Must be on money before customer policy from my experience. Good luck
