I had the most delightful time at Wisconsin Vision! I booked an appointment very easily online for an eye exam with the thought to get a new pair of glasses same day. The optometrist was highly knowledgeable and made my eye exam as simple as possible.
However, the best part of my visit was picking out new frames! I've worn a similar style for a few years now, so I wanted to find something that felt new. I worked with Nada and the other great associates to find frames that had personality but still fit my face.
I tried on about half the store but it was worth it to hear real feedback on what looked good. After finding frames I liked, I got my eyes fitted , which I had never done before.
I would highly recommend Wisconsin Vision Downtown to anyone looking for glasses of any sort. Especially collaborating with Nada, made my visit much more enjoyable as we worked to find new frames. Additionally they had a decent sale which made a backup pair a bit more affordable.

Dr Sarah Kayali, Brian, Isabel, Nada were fabulous very knowledgeable kind and accommodating. Dr was super comfortable to work with and went out of her way to make sure I left seeing clearly with trial contacts. I lost my glasses and my contacts ripped.She made sure I got a better brand that would not rip. And the employees went above and beyond they all brought me glasses they thought would work for me. The were all very happy to help and you can tell they actually like the job. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend if you want to be cared for the best way possible.

My experience at Wisconsin Vision in the 3rd Ward was great! The exam itself was informative-the doctor was very patient with all my questions! Choosing and fitting my glasses with Nada was an absolute joy. She was extremely helpful with choosing glasses in the right style and color. I usually don't write reviews unless it is a truly great or horrible experience. Obviously, this place is spectacular. Nada is extremely caring and puts the customer first. Matter of fact, she treats you like family and makes you feel fully important as a customer. My recent exam with Dr. Wegner was excellent. He explained things very simply and it was honestly the best eye exam I've had. Overall, I fully recommend the third ward location.
