I have interacted with staff at two locations, and they were extremely helpful. HOWEVER... If you have an extremely strong prescription like me (very very myopic with an astigmatism; wore glasses since I was about 5), then their 7-10 business day guarantee is not reliable. It seems I might wait three weeks for my specs. Is this where the Herlof lab is located? Do you outsource orders like mine? I would like to know.

The turn around for my glasses was very quick and without a hassle if I have any issue I can go to any store and they would fix them great place to get eye exams and glasses

Absolute disaster. Booked an appointment weeks out. Show up, didn't have me on the schedule? Don't waste your time. Staff is rude and unprofessional and not accommodating at best.

They do the job right the first time not like most of the other places.

This is in regards to the Wauwatosa location. The staff here is rude and unprofessional. My kids (Minor children) said the woman who does the pre-exam was rude to them and was rude to the doctor as well while I was not present. The doctor even asked her what her problem was. When my kids told me this I thought she just had a bad day but that's her all the time- I got to experience that for myself when I called up there to check on a status of kids my contacts. All I heard was her huffing and puffing as if checking on something I paid for was such an inconvenience to her. She then tells me there is no order in the system. When I asked for clarification she got loud. I finally asked her what her problem was and she tried to act like she did not have an attitude and hung up on me because I told her she did and I had proof. I have cameras in my house and the call was on speaker. I sent an email to the only contact I could find and would like corporate to know what their employees are doing. I will be picking my kids prescription up and NEVER using this company again. Do not let them take your kids in the exam room alone!
