This was my first visit at this location, and everyone was very kind, and professional. From check in, to our exams, fitting, and receiving our glasses. My son and I worked with Michelle, and her and her team made gave my son and I a nice experience. I will be returning there for all our future eye glasses.

I had a very disappointing experience today at Herslof Opticians. After trying for several months to get an appointment, I finally had one scheduled for 4:00 PM on February 16, 2026. I arrived early at 3:45 PM, but realized I had forgotten my ID. The receptionist told me I needed it to check in.
I immediately drove home to get it and returned as quickly as possible. I arrived back at 4:02 PM -- only two minutes after my scheduled time. Despite explaining that I had originally arrived early and rushed back, the receptionist refused to check me in or allow me to keep my appointment.
After waiting months for this appointment, it was very frustrating to be turned away over a two-minute delay, especially when I made every effort to be on time. I understand offices have policies, but some flexibility and understanding would have been appreciated.
Very disappointing experience.

Terrible experience! I went back to the store where I bought my son's glasses in July because they became loose. Instead of even checking the glasses or trying to help, the staff were rude and dismissive. They started telling me how my 5-year-old should put them on and take them off -- completely ignoring the actual issue. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They clearly don't care about their customers. I will never go back and do not recommend this place to anyone.
