I had a wonderful experience here! The doctor is funny and skilled; Maulein was my mirror and gave me an honest review of each pair I tried on. After my appointment, I brought my two kiddos here and had a similar, great experience. We all received glasses that came with our insurance. I just picked them up today and couldn't be happier! We will be back.

if I can give no stars I would. im so disappointed they had me pay extra PLUS what insurance covers to use frames of my own only to NOT even put the medicine in the glasses its a crazy and heartbreaking time you can't trust NOBODY to do their job correctly they literally gave me frames with NO MEDICINE thank God it wasn't an emergency im out in public or driving & had to switch to my glasses I can't see anything with these and with this kind of negligence & how they rarely answer the phone im sure it will be a hassle to even get it fixed

Went here for the first time today. My 5 year old son needed an eye exam and this was covered by our insurance and not too far. Staff members were polite and knowledgeable. Doctor was kind and very professional. My son had a great time and it wasnt hard choosing a pair of frames after the exam. We go back in three weeks for pick up!

I had a 10am appt. I received 3 emails the day prior to confirm my appt, which I responded to. I got there @ 9:40 ( as they requested come 10 mins prior to appt. When I walked in 2 ladies were @ the desk & neither greeted me. I informed them that I was there for my appt. One of the ladies looked @ me & said, oh I was just going to call you. The doctor is at another location today." Huh???? (I was at the correct location stated). She said you can go to his other location but it would have to be an afternoon appt & the appt would be telehealth. If you need to reschedule you won't be able to get in until late June. I was livid. First of all if they weren't able to see me, maybe it would have been a good idea to call me right when they opened (9am)????
Apparently they overbooked because he had a 10am pt @ his other location. I will never go back there. This is inexcusable.

So I was told my glasses would be ready in two too three weeks. They lied it took a month!! They didn't call I had too call them. Then when got my glasses they didn't even do a test fit. So I tried too adjust them after one day they broke cheapest frames I ever had.

The establishment lacks professionalism, as there were no greetings offered upon entry or during browsing. After purchasing a pair of glasses for my daughter and waiting a month, I called for an update. They claimed to have attempted to contact me, but I received no missed calls or voicemails. Upon further inquiry, I discovered that the glasses were on backorder with an uncertain restocking date. Given the urgency of my daughter's need for the glasses for school, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I had to return to the store to receive the refund, resulting in an unnecessary waste of time.
