Metro Eye

MetroEye is THE place to go for any vision/eye needs. The staff was incredible. Kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help me understand the importance of healthy eyes. They also had advanced technology that ensured the health of my vision so I could walk out of there feeling good about everything. Not to mention their elaborate selection of glasses. 10/10 would recommend!

It had been years since I had seen an eye doctor and when I finally dragged myself in the appointment was much better than expected. The doctors and entire staff were professional and non-judgmental regarding my long gap between eye exams, and I was impressed by the breadth of technology they used to perform the exam. Their online scheduling was extremely convenient and I was able to get an appointment very quickly--a huge perk.

I saw Dr Jon Wegner, who was splendid. He was smart, kind and took the time to both listen and explain. The eyewear staff were also wonderful. I can't recall the name of the woman who assisted me but she was absolutely wonderful.

Took my 8-month-old to Metro Eye and had an excellent experience. The doctor and staff were incredibly professional, caring, and answered all of our questions. Steve Burek in the eyewear department was very knowledgeable and helpful with frame selection. Highly recommend this location for eye exams and eyewear. 10/10

I've been living with keratoconus for the better part of 20 years. I've had glasses, contacts and surgeries. Been told that my vision would be fixed with procedures, only to have them unable to correct my vision. It got to the point where I honestly thought about just giving up, and living in a blurry world for the rest of my life. I had previously gone in for an eye exam at metro a few years prior, and heard the same thing I had heard before, that they would be able to fix my vision. But the professionalism and their commitment to eye health made me come back and make the plunge for scleral lenses. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment to today, took about 2 weeks, and I can see now. Not just sort of make things out, I can read, see peoples faces and see definition in the world for the first time in decades. The kind folks at metro eye literally changed my life. The fitment process was thorough, they answered all the questions I had about the lenses and care, and helped me through with a contact that I can wear all day with 0 discomfort and perfect vision. If you have keratoconus and are struggling to find a good optometrist to help you navigate, metro eye is the place. I cannot thank Jayme and Dr. Amanda enough for their help. This was an outcome that I did not believe was possible, but they have "opened my eyes" and now I can live my life with razor sharp vision.

Dr. Amy and staff are amazing! It is not just an eye appointment it is a health benefit as well. Have been experiencing vertigo and neck issues for a bit now and in therapy for it! Dr Amy took the problem over and I can not tell you how good I feel knowing there is an issue! Now I can not wait to get my new glasses! Thank you so much for the excellent care you give!

Excellent care & super-friendly doctors and staff! I've been going to Metro Eye for a year and have had exceptional experiences with both Dr. Ringle (who has since moved on) and now Dr. Kopcyzk. Everyone I've met there from the medical staff and technicians to the optical stylists and front desk folks have all been delightful. I've never had trouble getting an appointment when needed, and the billing team's assistance with insurance approvals made that process hassle-free. What's more - the building itself is gorgeous! The soaring ceilings and abundant natural light create an airy, welcoming space. Happy to have found this gem of a place and its stellar doctors and staff!

Metro Eye has not only a unique selection of eyewear but also an incredible staff. I've been asked multiple times where I bought my glasses. After a recent exam with Dr Amanda I left feeling confident that I received the best possible care.
