Lady i called, didn't like me to type in the number she was telling me to call for scheduling. Said "well, i'm not going to listen the beeping in my ear" and hung up after i told her i didn't have a piece or paper at the moment because she couldn't bare listening to 7 beeps as a typed in a new number. Will not be trusting this place with my eye balls, no way.
Honestly avoid if you want to deal with customer service that doesn't have the time or effort for you.

This place SUCKS big time!! They are never there when you stop by and don't open on time. Employees sit in their cars on their phones while customers are waiting outside by the door!!! You can never get a hold of them when you call because NOBODY answers the phones!! Says their open until 1pm on Saturdays but no one is ever there!!! What kind of customer service is that!! THIS STORE SHOULD CLOSE ITS DOORS!!!!

While this is generally a great place there is a bad employee here who is very rude & has an unhelpful spirit. Her name is Maritza. She acts like she doesn't speak Spanish & has turned customers away for not having a physical copy of their insurance card although electronic copies are accepted per their own policies posted inside their office. On the upside there is a great employee named Aurelia I believe who is so kind & professional. Total opposite to Maritza. As far as the doctor goes. She's so professional & sweet. The problem at this store is there aren't name brands for glasses. That's why I gave a 4 star but overall a good place .

So I've been waiting since July 7 to get my prescription and I'm still waiting because I'm a state they did customers always pay for it at first. They told me my insurance pays everything. All I had to pay was $48 then they told me that my insurance didn't pay it all so I gotta pay $36 Today is August 7, and I'm still waiting for my glasses. I would not recommend anyone get in their prescription here.

My Daughther glasses hasn't been received yet and it's been approximately 3 weeks ,,,,, l left several message asking kindly for staff to return my call and Noone never return my calls till this day I still haven't received a call back yet.. ..

Respectfully, management may want to look into further training or retraining whoever answered the phones this afternoon 8/20. I'm not sure if she needed a snack, was having an off day, or what but being rude when trying to find out about an address is kind of insane. Thankfully a young woman at another location (West Allis) was much more helpful and cared enough to actually help correct the mistake that scheduling made originally when I made my appointment and I couldn't call the scheduling line back because they closed. I truly hope she has a better week and treats people better going forward.
