I had never been, and was a walk in. I was greeted and helped immediately. The ladies were super knowledgeable and before I knew it, my new glasses were ordered. Easiest eyewear experience ever! I will definitely be making this my new go-to for glasses. Thank you!

I paid a lot of money to have thin, high index lenses. The lenses on the glasses I received were about a half an inch thick, they were massive. I took them back to the store and was told that they're so thick because of my prescription... except the high index leases I currently have are super thin and don't extend past the frame of my glasses. The people at the store treated me like I was stupid for expecting thin lenses. The glasses here are extremely expensive and very low quality, and the staff is very rude.

I absolutely LOVE this location! I have been coming here for literally years now. The ladies that work here are the best, seriously. Nicest people and VERY down-to-earth no matter what your vision needs are. They take their time, don't talk down to you, and their glasses selection has a pair for you, no matter your price point. Keep up the most excellent work here on 27th Street ladies!!! I KNOW I'll keep coming back!!! ;)

The people were very nice and everything was very informative. They did not tell me how long it would take for my glasses to come in. I'll have to call back? AND they need to take the walk ins welcome sign off because it takes at least 3-4 weeks to get an appointment!!

I had given this location a good review a week ago, but having worn my new glasses for a day, I realized they were not transitioning, even though I had asked for it. I went back to the store and was helped by the same woman who took my order. She said remembered I had asked for transitions, but she had forgotten to add it. She said it would be an extra $70. But then when she was on the computer, she said it was charging me the full $150. My glasses were barely more than that. I refused to pay $150. What a disappointment. I won't be wearing my new glasses very much. And I won't be returning to Visionworks. I'd give 0 stars if that were an option.
