I when there on 10/9/25. The worst staff ever. The two lady's that were there didn't want to help one walk away and the other one was like I have to go to lunch. So rude everything is so different now. Last time I when there the staff was very nice manager was very helpful. The only one that have not change is the Doctor. Doctor, Hinson is very polite and knowledgeable. Great Doctor!

Most of the negative reviews are from years ago. The doctor and associate I interacted with were both consummate professionals--helpful, understanding, and great listeners. This place is fantastic, but keep in mind that it's inside a Wal-Mart, which speaks for itself.

I pay my copay up front when I did an eye exam and get my glasses about a 10 month ago and about a month ago I get a bill saying they didn't collect all of the copay. The bill was only 48 dollars so I just pay for it although I know I pay for it upfront now a month later I got another bill in the mail saying the same thing tbis thine is 50 dollars instead of 48 wonlf not recommend

Receptionist refused to schedule an appointment while we were there in person. There was someone looking at the glasses but they were on the other side and were not asking for help. When she finally acknowledged us she said we could wait until they were done looking or call back in a few hours.

Previous reviewers are correct about the rude customer service. I called to schedule an eye exam, and she clearly didn't want to be on the phone. She told me she had noon on Wednesday, and when I asked her if she had anything later in the day past 4:30 for any day, she very shortly said no, and ended the phone call

The previous reviews are all correct. I just called to schedule an appointment and the woman was so rude and unhappy. Don't waste your time doing businesss here, its not your customers' fault that you employees clearly hate your job.

Very poor experience..took forever to reach someone on the phone for appt. They told me 1 price for contact & lens exam, then it was $35 more!! Everyone was rude and inexperienced...go elsewhere.
