Well, kinda happy I can see. Very upset the wait has been so long but only complaint. I purchased 3 pairs. Paid 204$ One came with my insurance. The others were a pair of shades I'm still waiting on and a pair with specific features. They really are nice so far! The eye specialist helping me Is very pleasant and helpful. Answered any questions I had. Very clean and welcoming, as I have a service dog. Will be back.

Would not recommend! Eye exams including refractions are done a 'tech' who has no formal training other than high school! Pretty scary you are putting your vision in the hands of someone with only a high school education. Optical shop is even worse. Horrible limited selection of glasses. Unable to get glasses correct after several attempts. Way behind on technology and do not use computers to fit glasses or for refractions. Would most certainly expect something of much higher quality from Froedtert. Very disappointed! Go some where else! Don't waste your time!!!

One eye fixed with cataract surgery the one doctor would not fix without another Physical exam After making me wait five months till his vacation was over on oxygen for some reason couldn't repeat The same procedure for my last eye leaving me with just one eye that works

After 7 months of trying to resolve a billing error, I am posting this as a patient-beware notice. Do NOT go here. Seven months of trying to resolve a bill for $516 for a basic eye exam that was covered by my insurance (confirmed by my insurance co.) They refused to resubmit a claim after I confirmed no claim was received by the insurance company. I've never dealt with such incompetence. Now they have another complaint filed at the BBB.
