Dr. Steen is an amazing optometrist! I felt so comfortable and she was able to get my Rx perfect! I love my new glasses and contacts! Devin is so kind and knowledgeable and made our visit fun! I will be referring everyone I know to Mount Pleasant Eye Care!

Mount Pleasant Eye Center is by far the best! I'm not from the area and needed an eye exam at an office that also accepted my insurance. I read the reviews for Mount Pleasant Eye Center which were excellent. Dr Steen has the most up to date equipment,is very thorough and takes time to answer any questions or concerns. Devin (Optician) is great as well. He is very friendly and explains each test in his part of eye exam. He also let me know ahead of time about copays so there wouldn't be any surprises at the end which I appreciated very much! I have had many eye exams throughout the years Mountains Pleasant Eye Center is exceptional!

Dr. Katelyn & Devon were incredible. They both went above & beyond to help us. They served us very professionally & very kind. They have an all state of the art up to date equipment & facility. Both Dr.Katelyn & Devon were very thorough & clear on any information I needed to know & took the time to explain. The whole experience was AMAZING I give it a thumb's up & very highly recommend it to all my family & friends

Went here for the first time today for my special needs daughter. Absolutely exceptional from the technology right down to the customer service. Doc explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Devin was a delight to work with. He explained everything from what my insurance covered down to out of pocket expenses. He even took the time to stylize my daughter and her needs. It was such a pleasurable experience and we plan to return. The building itself was easy to find and very clean and quite comforting.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Steen at Mount Pleasant Eye Care and I definitely recommend her. Her practice is clean and beautifully decorated, the paperwork process is very easy (all online), and Devin is welcoming, friendly, and funny. The exam was thorough and she was easy to talk to. While I didn't purchase frames today, purely because I didn't need new glasses, it appeared she has a good selection to choose from. I typically wear contacts and she offered me some alternatives to the ones I've been wearing, which is appreciated.

Every experience with Dr. Steen and Devin has been wonderful. From routine exams to appointments for eye concerns we have been impressed. I will recommend Mount Pleasant Eye to everyone. They are an advanced technology office with a neighborhood feel. Very happy to be a patient and bring my family here!
