Short wait times. Great doctors who are very thorough and take their time with you. Never feel rushed. But the waiting area in their new facility is reminiscent of a bus station. Very cold and not very welcoming The waiting room in their old locale was very warm & friendly and so much nicer.

My first time seeing these providers. I was not impressed. Staff not welcoming to a new patient. Office very sterile looking with no pictures on the walls, very cold. Dr. Banas walked in and asked if I had any changes since he last saw me. I informed him I had never seen him before. He said oh, then you are a new patient? He was almost arrogant in his demeanor. Don't think I'll be back.

Got to our appointment that we waited months for, only to find a note on the door saying that they had moved. We had never been notified. I called and asked to reschedule with the doctor, since we wouldn't arrive on time to their new location, only to be told that the doctor retired. Again, we had never been notified. Then she tells me that there was no record of us having an appointment that day anyhow. I have it written in my book. I wouldn't write down a non-existent appointment and then show up for it. This is how they run their office. Good luck.
