Associated Eye Care

Associated Eye Care is a great place to take care of your eyes. They have great front desk persons who are friendly and kind. Everyone is professional and helpful. The facilities are clean, bright and comfortable. I recommend them.

Dr. Kiekhafer and ALL the staff here are amazing. As soon as I walked in the door everyone was energetic and friendly. I am so very impressed. I highly recommend Associated Eye Care. They are attentive and get to the root of any problems you have with your eyes.

I had Lasik surgery at Associated Eye in 1999 with a great outcome. 20/20 vision was restored and this freed me from glasses for quite a long time. Around 2016 I had a cataract removal with lens replacement. That, coupled with a cellular transplant to my cornea restored my right eye. Now, (October 6th, 2025) I had the cataract in my left eye removed. My vision is improving daily. Great Doctors, Great staff. Great People!

I have been extreme pleased with all of the care I received over the years with Associated Eye. The staff is always very professional and kind. Dr. Wu is amazing, so kind, friendly and meticulous with his care. The New Richmond center was amazingly kind and helpful when I noticed the far vision on my new glasses was not correct. It made my vision less precise than with no glasses at all and less precise than my old glasses. The staff was so wonderful and kind helping me correct the problem. The optician was so patient, friendly, kind and precise as we rechecked the eye prescription. She did figure out that the prescription was incorrect and we did order new lenses. The gal that works with fitting and picking out frames was totally amazing. She helped me try quite a number of new frames and was so patient and helpful. It is hard picking out new frames when you don't see well! We decided on keeping the original new frames. The entire staff at the New Richmond site were so wonderful, kind, friendly and helpful. I was seen on an emergency basis on Monday Feb. 9th, 2026 by Dr. Donnie. He was amazing. Diagnosed, treated me and sent me to a specialist immediately. Treated by the specialist and the next next morning had laser to my eye. I am recovering and will do the same procedure to the other eye as a preventive to avoid the same issue happening. Other than the initial long wait time, I am totally satisfied. Thank you!!

Highly recommend Dr Goddard at Associated Eye Care. He is exceptionally nice, professional and knowledgeable along with his caring staff. This made for a relaxed and great overall experience. staff is very nice and helpful. this was my first eye exam in a while and I love how efficient and thorough everything was. very happy to find my new optical office since moving to Wisconsin!
