My favorite place ! I started going to Dr.Lee office over 8 years ago and I loved the experience then and now my son goes and they're so friendly!

Dr. is extremely rude and cranky. Went there about 7 years ago when my oldest daughter was 4 years old. The only thing she liked was seeing the puppies in the office. She had a bad experience with the eye doctor and did not want to go there again. We have since switched where we get our eye care. If you're going to call yourself "family vision," treat your patients better. The administrative staff (front desk, etc.) was great. The only downfall I have with them is that they didn't measure my face when I went to buy glasses, so I had a pair of glasses that were way too tight on my face. I needed them since my other ones had broken, so I didn't make a huge fuss about it then. Other than that, like I said, Dr. was rude but other staff were friendly and nice.

I am going on my 4th year as a patient and wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr Lee has been amazing! (He tries to bring his dogs to visit when he works too). He has been thorough in his exams, I gave up a good Optometrist to move into New Richmond, I was thankful to find a doc of comparable quality, he has updated equipment since I started at his establishment, and he has the best support staff a clinic could ask for!!!! Thank you Dr Lee and ladies!!!

I love these folks. Dr Lee is extremely careful to make sure he gets your exact prescription. Even if it takes him a while to figure out your eyes. I am a challenge. I have very poor sight with a few other problems going on, but he took his time and worked with me until he was positive and I was happy. I appreciate his perfectionism when it comes to my eyes! And the staff are the friendliest women you've ever met.

I called Family Vision to see if they could get my daughter in for eye pain that she was experiencing. The front desk told me they could squeeze her in within the next couple of hours. I was so grateful for that. They were great with her. She does not like going to the eye doctor. It was a quick visit with results at the end.

I had the worst experience with the doctor. I brought my child in for an eye exam, she is temporarily on state insurance. The staff do not work well with children, they explained things to her like she was an adult...which made her nervous. the first thing the Doctor said was "so why are you here?" i explained that i had concerns about my child's vision and he just kept saying so i don't understand why you're even here. "they really milk the national healthcare" he finally proceeded with the exam and i felt terrible my daughter was very nervous, he was super cold towards her and didn't make directions easy for her to understand. he finished the exam by saying looks like i cant GIVE you glasses. UNREAL.

I LOVE going here! They are SOO helpful and sweet! I always leave with a smile. And the main optometrist REALLY knows what he's doing. Sometimes it might take a little time, but it's only because he does things right and well.

This vision center has always been amazing through the years! And we get an animal to pay attention to as well.
