What a GREAT first-time experience with Pearl Vision. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The Optometrist was very thorough and had a good sense of humor :-)
The ladies out front were extremely helpful and we were very pleased with their assistance in helping my husband and I pick out new glasses. The discount on prescription sunglasses was also a great buy. We look forward to receiving our new glasses and working with the staff in the future.

Beware if you are from Minnesota, the typical Wisconsin rx policy is to set a one year expiration instead of two years like in Minnesota. If you discuss this matter prior to the exam and if you are in good health without any mitigating circumstances I am confident that Dr. Palm will be accommodating and take good care of you. While I experienced a mix up with one of their customer reps, Dr Palm contacted me back right away and made everything right.
All in all a positive experience. Good value, and fast friendly service.

We had to go to Pearl due to our insurance coverage. Never again. We both received our glasses and I am unable to wear mine due to bad lenses. My husband had his and needed the lens replaced due to a chip by the bow. He went back again because the same lense and location formed a chip. They wanted $175 to replace the lense. The lenses wereless than a year old due to them replacing it. We will continue to support another eye center!!!!

The care we recieved here was like no other. My daughter was having some sudden issues with her vision and when I called on a Saturday, the gentleman working had Dr Palm call me personally to discuss and troubleshoot, even though he wasn't there that day. We decided to wait it out, the next day (a Sunday) they were closed and our concern grew greater, Dr. Palm went out of his way to see us anyway, he was able to alleviate her problem and we avoided a trip to the urgent care, where they wouldn't have been able to help her anyway. We are so grateful that he was willing to go out of his way to make our daughter more comfortable and alleviate our worries. Would definitely recommend this provider/location to anyone searching for optical care!

Very professional. Excellent customer experience. Dr Andrew Palm here is like no other. Caring in a way never experienced before. This Pearl Vision has an alternative to putting in dilation drops. My experience here has been life changing. I no longer need to use reading glasses as I have been fitted with a mono Vision contact lense prescription. My husband is also a patient here and his glasses were knocked off his head and the lense fell out. He went there and within minutes, they had his glasses put back together.
