Very thorough visit. Felt welcomed when we walked in, Donna did an amazing job explaining everything to my 7 year old son for his first visit. Dr. La Liberte was also good at explaining his entire exam & thorough with every aspect. Choosing frames was easy & affordable. Will definitely be returning.

I would like to thank Jason for helping me replace my sunglass lens. It was a long time coming, since the lens is kind of unique, so I was not able to get it replaced by any authorized sunglass stores. Eventually, I purchased the tools and went to Shopko and found Jason. He welcomed me, asked me to sit down, and patiently removed the lens, replaced it, cleaned it, and then asked me to try it on to see if I was satisfied. To my surprise, he declined any payment for his time and expertise. This is my first review, and I am delighted to acknowledge Jason's outstanding customer service.

Refused to put new lenses in my glasses. Would not just charge extra to put new 600 lenses in my old frames. Tried to force me to buy their brands. What a scam. Do not go there.

Despite the business being very busy, all of the employees were very polite and helpful. Easy online scheduling, thorough eye exam and a great selection of glasses. Very satisfied with my experience.

It was a ruff start since I didn't know I was not scheduled with my primary provider. He did a great job but he was only on site every two weeks which made it difficult to follow up while I was trying to get the correct prescription and fit for my contacts. I eventually had to schedule another contact fitting appointment with my primary provider and pay a second fee. However she got me in right away and set me up with a different type of contact. These ones are the best! I can finally see distance and close up! Both providers were great but I needed to be seen several times since my eyes are so funky from my MS. The first one I saw is great if you need a simple exam and just need one contact fitting. Dr. Konkel did get me set up though and I am so grateful for that! I no longer need cheaters when I work! Both were great and I highly recommend both of them. Also the office staff were great to work with. They were all very pleasant and patient with me each time I called or came to the office. They always answered my questions very quickly. I definitely recommend Shopko Optical!
