Clements Vision Care

I'm writing this review because the many positive reviews and a good experience from a family member are what led me to schedule with Clements Vision in the first place. Unfortunately, my experience was quite different. When scheduling, I selected the location I wanted online and called the number listed. The scheduling process felt a bit gruff, with a less than warm tone, but it was workable. I assumed it might simply be someone new learning the system. I later learned that scheduling is handled through a central scheduler, which is perfectly reasonable. However, I was not told which location I had been scheduled at, nor did I receive a confirmation email. I completed the online paperwork and printed it out, which felt a little outdated, but again I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. When I arrived at the location I had selected, the front desk staff member kindly informed me that my appointment had actually been scheduled at their other location. She was friendly and even called the other office to let them know I was on my way. I arrived at the second location about a minute after the time I had been told, only to be informed that I would need to reschedule. At that point I was told my appointment had actually been scheduled 20 minutes earlier than the time I had been given. There was little acknowledgment that there may have been a scheduling error, and the interaction felt somewhat dismissive. I was told they typically do not hold appointments past 10 minutes. Given how the situation was handled, I chose not to reschedule. I later called the main office and spoke with the manager, Rachel, to share what had happened. She did offer to reschedule the appointment, but the conversation felt fairly brief and focused mainly on rebooking rather than understanding what may have gone wrong. Mistakes happen in any business. What matters most is how they are handled. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that my time and effort to get there were not valued, so I've decided to continue my search for an eye care provider.

Dr. Zarwell at Clement Eye Clinic is fantastic. She took the time to explain my results in a way I could actually understand and didn't make me feel rushed. The staff at Prairie Lakes were also very welcoming. 5 stars!

Had a great experience with Clement's Vision! I was In for an adjustment (I had purchased glasses online) because the earpieces were pinching me a bit. The optician that helped me was Tammy and she did a great job on my frames. There wasn't a lot of option for the adjustment because of the style of what the frame was, but Tammy did all she could and they honestly feel a lot better and the pinching is gone. Thanks Tammy!

Incredibly speedy appointment! I got pictures of the backs of my eyes taken, I was tested for a new prescription, and I also voiced how I was curious about getting contact lenses, but was scared of trying to out them in. The doctor gave me a fitting for lenses right then and there! He put them in my eyes and took them out for me! He made it seem so easy that a lot of my fear for things going in my eyes went away during the appointment. They also have a massive selection of glasses frames at lots of different price points. The front desk staff were efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. That's all you could want in your vision care facility! Just be careful to make sure you go to the right location. They have two different locations within 10 minutes of each other.

Staff was very helpful with picking my new glasses. I cant recall her name but when I got to that location (early) she had many bling frames pulled for me to try. Very kind and helpful.

Very good experience. Convenient contact from website, gave my information, they contacted me, set up an appointment for eye exam. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and professional. Doc was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Clements Vision Care

I have had my glasses worked on at both locations in Sun Prairie Wisconsin. I have had them about a year and lost a screw. My other screw was loose and made the lens unusable. The staff was very helpful when they repaired, straightened, cleaned and updated my warranty info. The eye exam was the most extensive as in thorough not exhausting or long winded. I was happy to know that they were available to repair or replace them without pushing a new sale every year or refusing service. Now I can see the people I make faces at from tome to time all winter ... on a scale of 1-10 Good times. will try Clements again.

The optician who help my wife and I was very good and very attentive. We both got glasses based on little older prescriptions and the prices were very reasonable and great quality
