The doctor I saw was wonderful, fresh out of college but very knowledgeable, I just wasn't thrilled with the front desk staff that told me multiple prices and then right before I went back told me a larger number and that they didn't take my insurance, by then it was already too late I was already off of work, so I figured I would see the doctor. I won't be returning, should have listened to reviews.

When Eye Wisconsin transferred to new owners, I was a bit skeptical. But unwarranted. The new staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and detail-oriented. I felt comfortable throughout the testing process and left knowing what the next steps might be to correct my old man vision. Great people and a great value.

would give zero stars if i could. just looked at the reviews and multiple people have had the same problem with a surprise payment when i called to ask for an email version of my prescription. telling me i owed $172 for my exam even though dr. leo was not thorough and seemed to be rushing the whole time. i was with dr. baldwin for 15 years. and there was never a surprise payment and my insurance always covered the whole exam. i only ever had to pay the small payment right after the exam. also they overcharged me the $172 should've been $123 even after questioning it with the receptionist. she insisted it was $172. also ordering contacts through them costs almost double what i have paid for 15 years. would be over $300 for a 6 month supply. while i have never paid more than $180-$190 for 6 months. they honestly rush through the appointment and do less that what dr. baldwin ever did. i told them i will never come back because of how ridiculous their pricing is and how little effort was put into the appointment. please read the reviews before going!!! it's not worth it !!!

Eye Wisconsin is some sort of sham/shell company and this review does not represent my feelings towards the staff that worked at this particular location. Do not go here. The original practice that was here was purchased by 'Eye Wisconsin,' with no established transition path. For a short tenure, they employed Dr. Leo, who was a great, young doctor with obvious care for his patients. However, they had tons of staffing problems because the parent company refused to properly resource this practice. Now, Eye Wisconsin has laid off Dr. Leo and THERE ARE NO PRACTICING DOCTORS AT THIS CLINIC. If you were a patient here, this business has left you high and dry with no plan for continuation of care. Whoever runs Eye Wisconsin, you should be absolutely ashamed for your unethical business practices -- you have no business being in the business of eye care, and it shows.

Well appointed and clean office. Engaging and friendly staff. Forgive me for not remembering her name, but the young lady who performed the preliminary services was friendly, engaging, and did a great job explaining the processes. She's terrific. Dr. Jiang is certainly warm and professional A great practice that my family and I will utilize as long as we live in the area. Thank you

Great experience as always. Dealing with a eye problem and Dr. Leo has been great. Even when other doctors with more experience don't want to help or miss the real issues he has been someone who listens and understands.

Went to Dr Baldwin for years. He was great. Really like Dr Leo at Eye Wisconsin. Very professional. Very easy to talk to. He's helping me with my eye problem! Great staff too 5 stars in my book!

I came here today for my yearly checkup, having difficulty with my vision,( related to my chronic Lyme) that I didn't think Dr Leo could help me with. I was So relieved and THANKFUL FOR HIS COMPASSION AND EXPERTISE. He did, indeed, find out that my issues were correctable and he didn't"write my symptoms off as me going crazy !!!! I walked out so relieved that there was hope. It sounds dramatic, but for 2 months,I have dealt with dizziness,vision problems, having to depend on every one to go places, avoiding going places, even walking out of Best Buy because my eyes went . I thought I'd have to live with along withall of this as another Lyme issue. Thank you so much!!!!!
