One of the best vision centers I've been to in years! The front desk was beyond helpful and so friendly (shout out Becki!). The technician Will was great too, friendly and took the time to explain in detail what the tests we were doing entailed.
Would recommend Dr. Jacob Heffelfinger to anyone. He was knowledgeable, quick and the first doctor to recommend me to a new contact brand in 10+ years. Happily made the switch too!
Happy to find a place where I completely trust the staff.

start to finish! From registration, to the techs - they all give you compassionate care and you feel heard & taken care of. My son has had an eye stroke at the young age of 22 years old and Dr. Hofflefinger did such an excellent job explaining the images & what has happened to help both my son & I (as his concerned mother) understand where we are currently & what it means going forward & what options my son has to learn to adjust to this most likely permanent life change. So glad we decided to come here!
