Ethan at the Waunake location took very great care to explain the process and what was to be expected during my eye examination. The experience was wonderful and I can't wait to get my glasses. Really looking forward to my new life with glasses!

Shout out to Bryce at Shopko in Waunakee! I received a bill today for $119 after buying 2 pairs of glasses in January and being told what I paid in store after insurance was applied was paid in full. After talking to him he explained that I was told the wrong thing when I bought them and even though I technically did owe the $119 he was going to void my invoice. Now that is customer service!!

Very nice people, they helped me fix my glasses when I was in a hurry and were very friendly. I'm definitely going back to that specific location when I need a new pair of glasses!!

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Gehrig, Lidan, and Tammy did a wonderful job explaining everything clearly and concisely and helping me get exactly what I needed. When I wasn't sure about certain styles worked, everyone who was free jumped to help. It's obvious that the employees here are both knowledgeable and personable. Will be returning in the future for any glasses needs. Also, glasses were perfect and it's nice to be able to see so clearly again.

I stopped by earlier this week to get my sunglasses fixed: the lens had fallen out. My experience this time was so different than when I first purchased my glasses over a year ago. The technician put the lens back in and returned them to me. I tried them on and noticed the bow was very loose. Why didn't she tighten them before she returned them to me? I asked her to please tighten them. While she was struggling to tighten the screw, she asked another technician if there was a smaller screwdriver. His response was, "No. That's the smallest we have. You'll just have to "make do." Excuse me!!! I purchased these glasses at your store and you don't have the proper tools to complete a simple tightening of the screw? Finally, your atmosphere is so sterile. It was dead silence when I entered the store. Background music and some added seasonal decor would go a long way to make your space more welcoming. The two technicians were glued to their computers. The welcome I received was tepid at best. My purchasing experience a year ago, working with Tammy, was 5-star! This recent experience was 1-star. It's the small gestures in customer service that make a big difference.

Lidan was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful with picking glasses as a newbie to the glasses game. Shared her honest opinion and really listened to what I wanted. Dr. Arackal was also very friendly and welcoming, explaining everything thoroughly to me as eye exams and glasses are new to me. Great experience overall.

I went into Shopko Optical with the mindset of only walking away with 1 pair of new glasses. Needless to say, I will now be walking away with 4 pairs. Tammy was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and super friendly and fun to work with. She's just truly awesome!!!
