The staff performed visual progress tests and Dr Frazer performed additional tests and did a progress evaluation. We also discussed concerns and observations. Everyone was able to answer any and all questions I had. The office was very well run and the staff was efficient. They did a great job.

Dr. Frazer completely changed my life! I was diagnosed with Post Concussive syndrome after a traumatic brain injury from a bad car accident. I was already about a year into treatments from neuro therapists, physical therapists, eye doctors...and not making much progress when I was referred to Dr. Frazer by a trauma doctor. I was scared about losing my job because I couldn't work many hours. I walked out of my first evaluation with Dr. Frazer with greater understanding of why I had the symptoms I did, AND A PLAN THAT WAS ALREADY WORKING in her office. I had hope!! My problem was partly with my eyes. What I was seeing isn't where things actually were! My vision shifted. If I didn't get prisms in my glasses it could be years before my eyes may heal. She knew exactly what I was experiencing and how I felt. She completely figured out how the accident and how my head snapped back in the position I was in during the accident caused the effects in the areas of my eyes. It helped immensely to be heard, believed and understood!! I followed her plan and with different glasses (prescriptions) and some time, I've reached a place my condition is managed and I can live my life! I kept my job! Thank you so very much!!

I was in an accident earlier this year and got to the point where I needed vision therapy to make forward progress; Dr Frazer and the staff at New Horizons have been life savers! I feel like I've made more progress in the last month than I did in the previous 5!

Professional, organized, honest,, thorough, and very friendly. Leaving another vision therapy center to come here and between the very first phone call with Ashley to set up the appointment, to the follow up leading up to our appointment, and then the initial appointment today- everything was a breath of fresh air. Dr: Frazer was very thorough, honest, and friendly . The receptionist at check out today was great. My son cannot wait to start his therapy sessions with Beth!

Dr. Frazier and her staff are excellent! This therapy has literally changed my life. I had an accident March off 2023 that was a head injury. I felt like I was constantly on a boat but I was on land. My balance, headaches, and nausea were terrible. She started me with new glasses and therapy. I have learned so much but still need more improvement and therapy. Balance and nausea are better. I love that she has a very holistic way of looking at my symptoms and works very well with my care team of doctors and therapists. If you have had a brain trauma, concussion or need vision help please see her. Her and her team are great to work with!!
