I had cataract surgery yesterday. The procedure was so smooth! Dr. Edwards along with all the support staff were amazing! My only regret is not having the surgery sooner. The clarity of my vision less than 24 hours after the procedure is unbelievable! I highly recommend Dr. Edwards and the Eye Clinic of Wisconsin!

Had my consultation regarding cataract surgery. I am very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the technology available. The technicians were all very personable and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable after the consult with Dr. Edwards. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had Dr. Douglas Edwards remove the cataract from my right eye. I was so blessed to have been given him for my surgery. He was so pleasant and friendly I was immediately at ease. I knew I would be in good hands. I expressed concern that I might flinch or do something wrong to affect the surgery and he assured me I wouldn't. They gave me something to relax me and help relieve my anxiety. I have muscular dystrophy and it is very difficult to get around. My legs don't have much strength and they were all very accomodating and helpful to get me from my wheelchair onto the bed. They never made me feel like an inconvenience, which is what I tend to feel like. I was so appreciative of how kind everyone was. I was concerned that I might jerk if anything startled me. He explained everything he was going to do as he performed the surgery so that there were no surprises on my end. I followed his instructions exactly as he told me and I was so pleased that I could see again. I would highly recommend Dr. Edwards to anyone who asked me. He had a wonderful team working with him. I couldn't be happier!

The lady who checked me in was so helpful and nice. Doctor Flatter and his staff were outstanding and a pleasure to be around. The lady at reception who had to book a follow-up was mean. Both my husband and I felt that her attitude was uncalled for; she was really snappy, but otherwise, I had a good experience with the medical staff.

My Technician made me feel relaxed! Dr Edward's is the best doctor. Ian fitted me for my glasses...very thorough! Thanks to all! Dorothy

Wonderful nurse Jackie! She was thorough and attentive! Had to wait for an hour after that initial eye check to see the doctor. And then it was a 5 minute very technical appointment with very little patient interaction... and then he was gone? Never got my questions answered and waited for an hour after the exam to see him. 2 1/2 hour eye appointment. With a 5 minute time with the doctor.

Very friendly, professional and thorough in each step of the examination explaining the results and what further steps were required. I felt very confident in the staff and the care they provided.

I really appreciated the proactive but still conservative (meaning not jumping right to a surgical type procedure) that was my care plan. Dr. Carli took great care of my eye while keeping in mind the activities I wanted to participate in my daily life. He shared the plan and possible outcomes and next steps all along the way. I am very happy with my treatment and grateful for his care. The entire team was excellent.
