After struggling to adjust to progressives from another provider a year ago, I came here for a fresh start. I haven't had to wear glasses before; however, the people here took wonderful care of my daughter to get a pair before heading off to college. The building is clean and modern with ample free parking. The staff is warm, the doctor is thorough, and the optician makes the selection process enjoyable. I love my new glasses and highly recommend this office.
Expert Consultation: The doctor clearly explained my trumpet effect (difficulty focusing on near objects). She provided 2 prescriptions I could take to my secondary provider: one for bifocals and one for progressives.
Selection: They offer a massive variety of frames with extensive customization options.
Service: Welcoming atmosphere and professional guidance from the optician during the fitting.

The building in itself is beautiful inside and out.
I was happy to find out. They were taking new patients, and they got me in rather quickly.
Being a first-time patient, impressions are very impoisn't,
The check-in and initial eye screening went very quickly and pleasantly.
However, when it came to fulfilling the prescription, I must say I was rather frustrated.
I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for the lady to come back. And go over options.
When she finally came back, she said, "Oh, I'm so sorry we're having problems with our computers." Well, it would be professional that after 10 minutes of leaving someone wait, you keep them updated on what is taking so long.
I left there Having to wait until their computer systems are back up and running to find out what my options are for my glasses.

Over charged me. Told me the refund would go back to the card I paid with. Over a month later I called them to ask what was going on. Was told they sent a check the day before... called again a week later and was told they accidentally sent it to the wrong address. Was then told there was nothing they could do and I would just have to wait for them to get it back. When I asked them what happens if it is delivered and you don't get it back they just said nothing we can do.
