I switched clinics to Rib Mountain Rye Care because I got a new job with insurance that wasn't in-network. The staff is amazing especially Britney. She helped me through everything up to the exam; getting my prescriptions from the old clinic, communicating with my HR rep, & the constant reschdule of my exam. Dr. Puent was respectful & informative. It was a nice experience, & I plan on staying with them forever even if my inusrance doen't cover the exam.

My girls and I love going here. The staff is friendly, efficient, and patient with our questions. The office is clean with a great selection of frames. If they have a frame you like, but you want a different color, they will go through the options and order what you want. However, they always give us a prescription to leave with in case we want to purchase elsewhere.
