The ladies were so helpful at the front desk. I had a lot of questions about my insurance benefits and these ladies were so patient with me. The young lady that fitted with my glasses was very fast but efficient. I had somewhere to go so I didn't face much time to wait so they got me out of there in no time. This was my best experience ever. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile until I was called back for the first part of my exam. Dr. Xiong is the cutest, she explained to me about my current vision issues and answered any question that I had. The lady that checked me out was the best, she got me the best for my money and offered promotions and additional ways to save with using my insurance benefits. Thank you Lend crafters, I will certainly will be back.

Miranda was excellent at explaining every step of the process since the dr was out on maternity leave and the exam was being done virtually. After the exam my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Delores who was do kind, patient and funny with helping us get the best deal for my husband!

Every one of the staff that was there throughout my visit, was very kind and patient, they gave me all the time I needed and helped me with everything, the eye Dr gave me the time I needed to check my eyes thoroughly, and rechecked when I told her I've been having a hard time over the last couple of years, giving me All the time and patience I needed for my concerns, the staff helped me with picking out my glasses, listening very well to what style I liked and disliked, and brought/picked out frames just as I requested, when it comes to the bill, she gave me all the time I needed to calculate different frames and lenses choices, so I can make an educated decision, although the visit took me longer than I expected, the only person I can blame for that, is me, the staff did a phenomenal job, I would recommend them to anyone who asks me, and I'm definitely going to go back there when I need any follow-up.

I rarely write reviews, but this location desperately needs a wake-up call. The level of dysfunction here is staggering--it's like a comedy sketch, except it's real life and incredibly frustrating. I've tried multiple times to get glasses prescriptions for myself and my kids, and each attempt has required at least four separate trips. Why? Because every time, something is broken: both printers are down, the computer system crashes, and staff keep referring to the infamous "black screen of death."
This isn't a one-time issue. It happened two years ago, again last year, and just yesterday. How this location continues to operate--let alone turn a profit--is beyond me. It's a complete train wreck from top to bottom.
