Came for my yearly eye exam about 2 weeks ago ,and Dr.Xiong was great!! Friendly and she was very through. Then I met Daisy who is a sweetheart,she got me the best price on both pair of my eyeglasses and she answered all of my questions and she is very patient. Daisy,you are the reason that I will continue doing business at LensCrafters(only this location) and I purchase a 2nd pair because you were very nice and caring. I will definitely be back for more glasses and KUDOS TO YOU DAISY I must also say that The Manager is very nice as well.

I had an overall good experience, the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was friendly and the Doctor that did my exam was professional and patient. I was really indecisive about the eyewear I wanted to get, Ms. Delores helped me pick glasses. She showed so much patience and understanding of my needs. Overall she was professional and informative. My husband came in for an appointment. I didn't have an appointment but they got me in at the last minute. The Optometrist was very nice,knowledgeable, talked me through my whole exam and made me feel very comfortable! The staff was great too! I left with 2 pair of awesome glasses! Horrible customer service. They overcharged me by $50 then issued refund to my 12 year old then when I informed them they indicated they would reissue. A month later no refund. I call for corporate number explained the situation and Miranda kept me on hold for over 25 minutes I was still on hold when I drove to the store. 5 employees there and still no help. I have spent thousands here. Never got corporate info but some odd personal email. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

The team there today were fantastic 01/07/26. Had to go there because another location that I have gone to past 20 years just didn't come thru other than the doctor that gave exam. This is going to be my new location hopefully next 20 years plus tell my adult kids to go to this location. Good luck to the new manager here, you will do great.

Was in today for glasses. Worst Customer Service Ever. The associates were wandering around none of them greeted us One was sitting at a desk watching and yawning with open mouth. We the
After standing with no assistance we chose glasses and sunglasses finally and as a woman ringing up if someone could have helped as we wanted to purchase she said put them over there and wait. Well I took photos and will buy elsewhere. I have never seen such a group of associates clearly not wanting to work or assist.
I will be calling and letting Corporate know of the horrible experience
