The team was very professional and attentive to my son and I when we went for our appointment. I appreciated the detail that my Doctor gave me during the exam. He was warm, welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. We also appreciated the gentleman who assisted my son on the brutally cold -4 degrees Saturday morning, showing patience and encouragement teaching him how to put his contact in for the first time, all while manning the office by himself. Overall the staff was very friendly! My biggest thanks goes to Cathy, who was so patient and kind while I was sent back and forth with the billing department and my insurance regarding a bill on my account that should've been paid by my insurance. She was ready to give any information I needed while talking between those two departments and never showed a hint of frustration or impatience despite me being visibly upset. She showed empathy through all I was going through, and helped us get billing and the insurance company on the right path to rectifying the situation. She did all of this while still taking direction from Doctors, and letting other guests know she would be with them. She truly made the experience easier to maneuver. She even found the EXACT same pair of glasses I owned to reorder. I truly hope other guests are able to experience the kindness of Cathy, as she really did go above and beyond to assist where she could.

I have struggled for the last few years in finding glasses that were stylish, fit well and worked with my progressive prescription. I am so glad I found MyEyeDr! My exam was extremely thorough and the doctor helped me decide on best approach to glasses for working on the computer and regular vision. The prescription he had for me was very different from what I had before which tells me my previous prescription was not that accurate. The staff helping me with my glasses order was extremely helpful and did a great job fitting me properly. I love my new glasses! They fit well and I am not struggling trying to focus using the progressive lenses. I have been wearing progressive lenses for almost 20 years and these by far are the best glasses I had! Best of all the price for progressive glasses and progressive computer glasses was extremely reasonable.

Great eye care. Both Dr. Joel Baidsen and Joel the Eye tech were amazing. From the check up and thoroughnessof Dr. Baidsen and Joel assisting in the best fit and style, it made my experience go fast and smooth. They really care about each patient. Great place for eye care.

My children and I have been coming here for roughly 13 years. I love how professional the staff are and how Dr. Baisden always invests time in hearing quick updates about my kids, who have literally grown up under his care. The cherry on top is Cathy--she is amazing! She listens intently to questions and concerns and always presents the best solutions. I highly recommend them!

In all parts of the process for an eye exam to new frames, all of the people here were most patient, helpful, and informative with our insurance situation. They were quick to answer any questions that we had. They also provided thoughtful guidance to allow us to make all of the decisions we needed to make.

Great selection of eyewear just had my eye exam excellent attention to detail Dr Baisden is outstanding. I've been going there for years and plan on continuing to be seen there. They have a lot of specialized diagnostic eye exam equipment that your standard eye doctor may not have. Especially the ability to take retinal photographs which can help with catching things at an early stage to address. The office is across the street from Mayfair Mall which makes attending my appointments convenient. Keep up the good work. Bruno G
