Eye Care Specialists

The past 3 times we came it took an hour for us to actually see the doctor for a 5min visit. Scheduling is terrible and a wast of time. This is not acceptable and they need to be better at scheduling visits if he is overbooked. If you are looking to waste your time, this is the place.

I love my doctor. Daniel furgenson is great. Both of my caterac surgerys went amazing and the after math is amazing but the staff at eye care specialists are kind of rude. they make me feel stupid when I ask a question. Also every follow up appointment after my surgry literally took 2 seconds. I felt rushed and I felt like I couldn't ask any questions. I understand that their busy but I was there for 2 hours yesterday for a follow up. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes then once I was called I waited in another waiting room for 20 minutes. Then I waited in the actually room...I waited for 10 minutes. My appointment was at 2:30 and I left at 4. Also a nurse handed my mom my paper work which i thought was werid. I'm 23. Give ME the papers. I'm excited to get my final prescription and never go there again. They get their joh done...but slowly and rudely.

There customer service was great. They answered my questions they'll let you know what there going to do before they do it..

I am new to eye care specialists . Last appointment I had was for 10 and I was seen at 11:15. It felt a bit like drive through medical care, impersonal and one person after another. Certainly over scheduled. Might be due to backlog of people that could not be seen during Covid.

Dr Daniel Ferguson and his team are extremely wonderful and very positive and on time

Daniel Paskowitz took the time to check on me with a personal phone call when he didn't need to. Very kind doctor.

Dr. Paskowitz did a fabulous job with my cataract surgery. I went from needing glasses all the time for both distance and reading. After the new lens I don't need glasses for driving and don't wear them most of the time. Everything is very bright. I used to need brought lights to see some things. I need sunglasses to go outside during the day. Well done!
