Herslof Opticians

I walked in for a simple fix of one of my handles that came off. Bart was so helpful and simply made my day. The location is so peaceful in itself. I love Herslof but really wish some other locations was like this one in Wauwatosa. Thank you Bart for being so kind, peaceful and pleasant!

This is my second time coming to this location. I highly recommend this place. It's peaceful and they have a good selection of eyeware. The doctor was super friendly and thorough. She recommended glasses for my older children but said the younger one had a slight case of far sightedness so she didn't recommend glasses for her. I was surprised with the newer technology that they have. I've been going to many eye doctors and this place is quite equipped. The staff was friendly and accommodating too. Only thing I wish they had better was the seating when we had to wait. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Brat was very helpful. He made me and my kids experience wonderful. He was patient and help us fine the right pair of glasses to fit our faces.

Been calling for three days and no one answers the phone. I just want to know if my glasses are ready. What business establishment doesn't answer the phone? And to add the mailbox is full. I just want my glasses smh

Handed me a pair of glasses all smudged, no case. No receipt. I don't even think there is a prescription in the frames- if there is- it's definitely not right. When I arrived my exam I was screamed at by the receptionist that "she was busy" so I stood around waiting- no where to sit. Unfortunately bc of insurance this was one of the only places I could go, but I highly recommend paying $75 out of pocket and going somewhere else. This felt like a scam and staff was super unprofessional. Important to note you don't actually "see" a doctor- the exam is virtual!

I showed up to my scheduled appointment. Just to find out someone failed to contact me to cancel the appointment. What a waste of time , gas. I'm disabled, this increased my anxiety tremendously!

Toooooo slow, tooooooo small, call/text/email too many times to remind you not to be late but a 3pm appt arrived 15mins early wasn't see by doctor til 345. Very very tiny office with 3 seats to sit while you wait. They overbooked & did I say super sssslllllooooooowwww!!! I have nothing good to say about the herslof office at 11450 W Burleigh other than the huge selection of glasses which is the only reason they get 2 stars!!

My experience was ok today the other employee's was wonderful good customer service but the lady on the front name Sam was very rude she was more worried about my signature then giving good customer service and she kept getting my birthday wrong after I done gave her the right information.
