If I could give no Stars I would had problems with my contacts to begin with returned one full box and the 2 unopened 4 in contact case, this was within 2 weeks of getting them. Kathy gave me 12 Trial pairs I had the same problem. Pain and uncomfortable just 1 eye. Kept calling Kathy they did nothing for months. I had just stopped wearing the contact. Then finally i said i can't do this anymore i hv headaches from eye fatigue. Came in nothing wrong with my eye. Then I asked for a refund Kathy refused said we would talk about it at my new appointment. So I purchased new contacts online had no problem with them Dr Baisden confirmed with me on the phone that there was a problem with the contacts obviously since I had purchased new ones. So I spent $220 for contacts through them that Kathy refused to refund. Kathy is unreliable and a liar. Dr. Baisden Is great this is no reflection of him as a doctor. I finally went to corporate after weeks of back and forth and Kathy again not responding to even the corporate office. Kathy finally agreed to $52.00. I responded back that she was trying to refund me what the insurance had covered and thats insurance fraud. I did report this to my insurance company. Finally Corporate did the right thing and refunded all my money for the contacts. It should have never come to that point. I have been a patient of Dr. Baisden for awhile and have had other people deal with me on my contact sales this was my 1st and hopefully last interaction with Kathy

This branch is very busy. However, they still gave me a wonderful experience getting contacts for the first time. Cathy is amazing and I loved working with her!!

I have been going to Dr Baisden since I was a teenager and he is exceptional. He caught my retinal detaching and my children's astigmatisms. He is always so nice and answers all questions and breaks it down so that your kids understand. The staff just depends on who is there as I have had everyone good and bad but the doctor is amazing!

Very unprofessional front desk staff!!!!! Tried calling to schedule an appointment phone just rang and rang with no answer. Called back repeatedly for 20 mins still no answer. Who hears a phone constantly ringing and refuses to answer??? They then locked my vision care plan to their location!!!!! Well had to spend 20min with insurance provider to just unlock my vision care from them.

Very bad experience the doctor was great the staff wasn't I paid for glasses an they never sent over the order for them to be made! It's been over 2 weeks I would like a refund asap I Thanks for lieing to me have the day you all deserve! With that being said I don't recommend them !

I've been using this optometrist for years, and love experience and service. Cathy helped me out, with my new glasses.
