The customer service was excellent. The process was super easy from booking to attending. I appreciate the thoroughness. My insurance was already on file. I was checked in immediately. The lady who assisted me with check out was very friendly. She double checked to ensure my insurance covered the max before using my FSA. I will be back!

The day before Easter My Glasses Broke and the store Manager Anton (A saving Angel) and extremely Intelligent and Kind Vision works Employee,Met Me on Easter and repaired My Glasses ,so I could Go to Church and Read scripture. When I returned to the Store In Mayfair. I Had the pleasure of Meeting Justin Whom aims to Please (Your Personal Eye Glasses Stylist) He Has Great Taste and Made Me feel Comfortable and Respected. Just a Talented Young Man whom Gives His all in Customer Care. Have you Ever Heard the saying " The Apple Doesn't Fall Far from the Tree?" So on My 2 Visit to the his Location I met (the District Manager) hamid whom Is an Amazing Example of Real Genuine Customer Service and care. So it No Wonder His Employees who I Had encounters with were So Fantastic in what they do. I Would Never Go anywhere else After Dealing with Vision works. I had a great first time experience visiting this location. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The exam was super easy with updated technology that made the entire examination positive. Even the virtual doctor was friendly and allowed me the time and opportunity to ask all questions that I had. They also had some great choices in eyewear frames. Shout out to Miss Orreanna, the sales associate. She was extremely helpful, and her customer service was genuine. Overall, the Mayfair Visionworks location is a great one, despite it being inside of the mall. That is a perk. You can go shopping, afterwards.

The sales associate at Visionworks was very helpful, thorough and friendly. I appreciated his help to replace my broken frames and update my prescription for a second pair of music-reading glasses. My experience at Visionworks has always been very positive for the last 5 years.

I broken my glasses and needed a new pair. Went to my regular Visionworks, and bummer no appt there until after Thanksgiving! Couldn't possibly wait that long. So very glad there are multiple locations. I checked and made the appt on line for the next day...yeah. Got my virtual exam done, updated prescription received and new glasses on the way.
