Ashton was able to have my work order in progress over the phone to another Wisconsin Vision team member and they collaborated in successfully keeping my order flowing until completion. They truly go above and beyond to see more life.

On December 26, 2025, I went to the store to have my son's glasses repaired. This is not the place that I got it from. I don't want to name the store where I got my son's glasses, but he accidentally broke them at School. He was missing a screw, so I took it back to the place where I bought it! They couldn't even fix his glasses so I came to Wisconsin Vision and I asked the lady how much they would charge me to get them fixed. The lady took my son's glasses in the back and fixed them, and came back out. I went to give her my debit card and she said no charge! I said thank you, Now I will be back here soon to get my son another pair of glasses that he liked from here Her name Is Tonya G. I hope I spelled her name, right
