I enjoy having MrEyeDr as my eye doctor. I had came originally for an emergency eye situation and then eventually came for a standard eye exam. Dr Kenny Fritz was amazing and provide eye-opening advice about a contact brand I was using. Laura was the person who was helping me with getting my order and finding the right glasses. I truly appreciate everything and love the experience!

Julie is amazing! I'm so happy to have such a great experience! She was so professional and informative about my insurance coverage! She also styled my glasses and provided her professional recommendations for a ruby tint transitions lenses!!! Best eye clinic in WI! Thank you Julie and Dr. Knight!!!

Very frustrated today. My family has been coming here for decades because we value their expertise. However, today I had an appointment and when I got there was told it had been canceled yesterday. This is a 25 mile drive one way. I didn't receive a call or a voice mail informing me even though they said they tried to contact me. I showed the receptionist my phone proving this. I did however, receive a second confirmation text yesterday of my appointment. As a customer, you can confirm over and over but when they decide to cancel the appointment they don't inform you. The receptionist said, well, we knew you would be coming in so we could tell you then. I asked why I still received the text and the reply was that it is automated. If you can automate to confirm you can automate to cancel. I am sending this review so that changes can be made to the cancelation process to improve on your customer service and understand that the customers time is important too. Tried calling you, just got voice mail. Your response is Not correct. No One called my phone , No One left a text message, No One left an email. Call me to rectify/remedy this. We have been a customer for over 30 years. My husband thinks this is terrible service and wants to go elsewhere going forward.

I have been going here for years with no issues, but when my eye doctor took over things changed, people were more rude, especially towards people who have state Medicaid insurance. You cannot schedule online at this location. They will not honor that appointment. I have a lot going on in my life and I have to reschedule sometimes often. They told me I can only reschedule for Wednesdays now they said they're booked until January. I missed my eye doctor this year. I will try to find another location. This location is ignorant, rude, and unprofessional, and do not care about You! Don't bother replying to My review because I don't wanna hear it.

Watch out! Dr says one thing (yeah you should be able to schedule a follow-up for a Saturday)office staff says another (nope that followup is never done on Saturday and the Dr knows.). Dr, get your benefits stated now so they can be used this year and finished paying at new year. Staff nope cannot do that. We have asked to be call when glasses ready, never gotten a call. Only found out they were ready weeks later when we call them.

My son had a 3:00 appt. After 20 minutes waiting I asked what was taking so long and they said they didn't know. Checked again at 330. Still no idea. Walked out at 3:40, name was being called as I walked out but not worth the wait. If they had a reason sure but there was 1 other people waiting and no one seemed busy. Very frustrating. Receptionists were nice though.

Office staff was nice but dr knight was very rude when it came to contact lenses fitting and when i asked what i can do to help with getting used to touching my eye he said "Get over it" no advice no empathy just "Get over it". Ended up not needing the special contacts in the end as i also found out i was not diagnosed with what he diagnosed me with.

The assistant her name was Whitney was very rude and not friendly and kept pushing my head into the machine. I don't ever wanna see that woman again. Today is January 2, 2026. I went to Die to pay for my glasses. The same rule. Lady waited on me again and didn't wanna give me a receipt. Is that being a lazy unprofessional or rule which one is it? I'm just praying to God they don't screw up my prescription at first she couldn't get the price, right I called today and see if my glasses was ready. They told me they could not fix them because my My frame was glued together. My frame was not broken when I took those glasses in those are Gucci frame.
