I had an appointment and was running a few minutes late, totally my fault, and my wife had the appointment just after mine. I called on the way to let them know I was a few minutes behind. When I got there though, they told me they couldn't see me. After my wife was done they told me they would be able to get me in because someone else didn't show. Funny how when the customer needed a little consideration there was none given but when they needed to fill a time slot and collect some revenue they were all of sudden willing to help. Taking my business elsewhere.

I had an appointment at Visionworks for 10:00am and arrived on time. I stood there for about 15 minutes while the staff seemed occupied, and not a single person greeted me or even acknowledged that I walked in.
Eventually, I approached one of the receptionists (in jeans) to let her know I had a 10am appointment. Her response was, "You're late." That was shocking, considering I had been standing there waiting since 10am. No friendliness, no smile, no attempt to understand the situation--just immediate blame.
Overall, the customer service definitely needs improvement. A simple greeting or acknowledgment goes a long way, and unfortunately, none of that was there.

After a warm welcome, I was was put at ease with her knowledge in answering my many questions. She helped me find frames that fit my face, as well as my personal style.
