I went here about 1 month ago to get 2 pairs of glasses. The exam is done by a remote eye doctor on a TV screen. It's weird, but he can hear you and he does answer questions. So once your past that, it feels normal.
The staff here are very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.
I did not like that my glasses had every expensive add on built into my order. My bill was about 800$. I had to go through the glasses line item by line item to make them what I wanted. Be careful. This should not be how they do business.
Also, why don't they have glasses cases that fit the product? This case is worthless. I have to go buy another one when it should have came with a correct case.
Overall a decent glasses store, just pay attention to what your getting

False advertising! They say 2 pair starting at $79 with exam. Then when they hit me with the nearly $900 cost for glasses to I said I need to think it over. I left the store. Went to another glasses shop and we requested my prescription from Stanton. They refused to send unless I paid for the exam. An exam, I was never informed I had to pay for. Also the store manager lied to the customer service rep, telling him I said I would return the next day for purchase. I said I would call if I decided to purchase AND I live more than 40 miles from this shop. NEVER NEVER TRUST STANTON AGAIN.

This time, Manny helped us and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was different. He was professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Manny also answered all our questions without making us feel like a bother. He even apologized several times for the poor service from the previous staff. In late June I came in for an exam and to possibly order contacts.
Let me just say, if you are using contact company rebates to push sales in your stores, the associates should understand how they work. Multiple clerks told me I would get a 250 dollar rebate, however the company will only do a 100 dollar reward. See the 250 dollar reward only applies to DAILY contacts and we ordered TWO WEEK contacts. I still get a rebate but I would have made different budgeting decisions based on this 150 dollar difference.
The associate that assisted me was great, the FaceTime doctor was fine, I ordered contacts and they came in just over a week. But just really upset by this misleading rebate information.

Very disappointing experience. There is no licensed optometrist on-site -- the receptionist actually conducts the eye exams. They charge for these exams, yet it's clear they lack the proper expertise. The staff seemed more focused on upselling products than caring about my eye health. Overall, extremely poor service and not a place I would recommend.

Brookfield Said no appointments available all day but their booking is completely available and store was empty. So drove to west Allis location and west Allis location says they can't access the United heath portal and I can pay out of pocket. Waste of time at two locations.

Nice place. Easy to find .Plenty of parking. Has a nice selection of glasses to choose from. Service was pretty quick. They took their time a day made sure all questions were answered. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable
