Really great new patient experience. For the first time in a number of years, I did not feel like I was in a cattle chute being processed in and out as quickly as possible. All staff were wonderful: professional, prompt, listened, worked well together best I could tell, took time to answer questions, even laughed. I ended up in the emergency room for an eye issue. The ER was able to secure an appointment at New Concept during a busy scheduled day for what could have been a very serious issue for me. They saw the importance of making sure a stranger was taken care of quickly. I sat in the waiting room for only a couple minutes and watched a very busy office squeezing my potential problem into their day.
