Hands down the best eye care experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The doctor was amazing, took the time to explain everything, and genuinely cared about my eye health instead of rushing me through. I felt listened to and confident in the care I received, which is rare these days. If you are anywhere near Cheyenne, this is the place to go for eye care. I cannot recommend them enough and will never go anywhere else, why would you?

Such a great experience! Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed, and the staff made us feel very comfortable. My 5 year old was nervous, but they were fantastic with her and made her feel special and comfortable. I highly recommend this office!

I was referred to this office from the emergency room after experiencing difficulty opening my eye due to a foreign object. The doctors at Eldred Eye Care were knowledgeable, professional, and acted promptly to address my condition, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, despite being scheduled for a follow-up appointment the very next day, I chose not to return--and that decision had nothing to do with the doctor. The receptionist's behavior was the deciding factor. She was extremely rude, condescending, and displayed a complete lack of empathy. Her attitude made an already stressful situation significantly worse and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the medical care itself was competent, the front-office experience was so negative that I will not be returning or recommending this practice to others.

Dr. Eldred went above and beyond to help my family with our vision needs. He was patient, caring, and made sure we fully understood our options for both contacts and glasses. It's clear he genuinely cares about his patients, and we truly appreciate the extra time and effort he put in to make sure everything was right for us.

Some of the best eye care and service I have had in years in Cheyenne. Will be a customer for life with Dr. Eldred and his amazing team.

My daughters and I had the most wonderful experience we've ever had getting an eye exam. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to be there--it made such a difference. Robert was incredibly kind and thorough, answering all of our questions before we even had to ask. We booked three appointments at the same time, and the entire process was smooth and organized. Robert explained everything clearly, so by the time the doctor came in, we had no additional questions. The doctor was kind, made friendly small talk, and made us feel completely at ease. I recommend this place 1000%. We'll truly miss it when we move, it's rare to find this level of care and comfort in a healthcare setting.

I am so glad I came back! The staff were kind, caring and helpful and Dr. Eldred was friendly, upbeat and very knowledgeable. He eased my mind about my cataracts and gave me options for eye consults with surgeons that come to his office on Fridays. Very pleased with my visit and so glad they didn't make me dilate my eyes like they do at the Cheyenne Eye Clinic!

Dr Eldred, Robert and the rest of the staff were all friendly, yet professional. They explained all of the tests and my insurance benefits and gave me a positive feeling about being there. I will definitely be going back.
